Dog or Cat Name Tag

This stainless steel dog tag features your pet’s name on the front and any customisable text you would like on the back. We know it’s important to keep your pet safe so a name tag is essential. We recommend having the words “I’m Chipped” with your phone number on the back, but the tag is fully customisable so you decide on what you would like engraving. 

Pick from the two fun fonts pictured, simply select either “A” or “B”

To personalise:

• Write the name of your pet in the “Personalisation Box.”
• Then write the information you would like engraved on the back of the name tag in the “Personalisation Box” as well.
• Double-check that all the details are correct.
• If we notice an obvious mistake, we will contact you directly to confirm the personalisation.
